Phantasy

AI companion CMS for creating apps, games, and content.

Overview

Phantasy is the internal runtime layer for Rally and future AI-native character products. The goal is to make characters durable systems instead of prompt wrappers: identity, memory, tools, workflows, approvals, operations, and product surfaces in one engine.

How It Works

  • Agent runtime and operator surface design for character-led products.
  • Tool governance, approval modes, workspace scaffolding, local setup, and runtime boundaries.
  • Product boundary discipline: Rally owns consumer-specific affection, dates, purchases, and launch gating; Phantasy owns reusable runtime behavior.

Hard Parts

The core thesis is that AI-native characters need an engine layer. A model call can produce text, but the product needs continuity, private state boundaries, tool permissions, operator control, and a way to ship character-specific workflows without turning every app into a custom one-off.

Results

Phantasy is the engine. Rally is the product and first playable proof. Party Quest and Boss Raid are advanced orchestration layers, not the default public story for this sprint.
